LINC Mission:
To provide access to information resources by means of an integrated automated system that reflects the holdings and availability of holdings in all participating libraries. At the same time, through its computerized cooperative public library network, the Consortium promotes cooperation and resource sharing.
To develop, maintain and provide technological expertise in the implementation of automated library services in order to promote efficient and effective use of tax revenues.
To offer an affordable, cost effective connecting link among its member libraries. It assists in identifying and locating specific information resources and provides support for individual and cooperative collection development.
